Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Conduct end to end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, selection and on boarding)
Conduct initial interview of qualified candidates
Create and publish job ads & various portals and medias
Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
Identify perceived difficulties with searches and research solutions by collaborating with the recruitment team and manager
Maintain a database of potential candidates of future job openings
Providing recruitment report and any administrative tasks
Host and participates in job exhibitions
Persyaratan
Maximum age 32 years old
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Majoring in Psychology.
At least 4 years experiences in same position
Have experiences in using and interpretating psychological assessment tools
Proven experiences as Recruitment Specialist
Good written and verbal communication skill
Able to work independently as well as in a team
Creative, fast learner, initiative and pro-active
Fluent in spoken English is preferable
