Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Reaching the defined targets for hiring of different job roles (time, costs, quality)
Provide high-quality advice and service to management on daily employee relations and performance management issues
Support the HR department in implementing programs to help improve the employee experience
Manage other HR tasks such as attendance, employee's database and appraisal
Coordination daily with HR management and employees
Maintain employee policies administration
Maintain HR related Documents, Letters & Filing

Persyaratan

Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Especially IT), management, business administration, human resources management or related discipline
More than 2 years’ experience as HR Generalist and preferable in IT Business
Expertise in HR Engagement, Administration & Documentation
Understanding of HR best practices and current regulations
Having experiences and knowledge of Performance Appraisal
General Administration Skills
Excellent communication skills
