Handle administrative task regarding human resource such as employee documentation, employee attendance, employee letters, leave management, exit management, and benefits (BPJS and health insurance)
Handle payroll administration

Persyaratan

Bachelor degree from reputable university
At least a year experience in a similar role (experience in payroll is a must)
Have a knowledge about Indonesia Labor Law – Act 13 of 2003
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Able to organize and manage multiple priorities, comfortable in ambiguity and fine with failure and rapid iteration
Ultra detail-oriented
Possess high integrity and able to maintain strict confidentiality
Able to work under pressure and juggle with multiple priorities
