Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent with experience in Project Management, System and Policy.
At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Required Skill(s): SOP, ISO, Job Analysis, Organization Development.
Preferably Supervisor/Coordinator specialized in Human Resources or equivalent.
Accountable for supporting the development and implementation of HR initiative and system; Providing counseling on policy and procedure; Developing job description for all divisions; Developing Standard Operations Procedure and Business Process for all functions or divisions; Developing initiative in enhancing HR system; Exposing in audit implementation project.
Have competencies in Creative-Analytical Thinking, Effective Interactive Communication, Impact and Influence, Attention to Detail.
