Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Conduct analysis in order to generate improvement ideas for After Sales customer satisfaction.
Manage the improvement project implementation.
Conduct PDCA in CS project improvement.
Initiate activities to improve dealers' services in order to increase customer satisfaction.
Set up a sustainability plan to ensure the targeted achievement of the customer satisfaction index.
Coordinate with related parties, both internal and external.

Persyaratan

Good command of English (verbal and written).
Familiar with using Ms. Excel for data processing (vlookup, hlookup, pivot, etc).
Strong analytical thinking and high curiosity.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Having a general knowledge of the after-sales business will be a plus.
Experience in project management & conduct PDCA.
25 - 30 yo
Experienced (min) for 2 years in the same field
Bachelor's Degree: Industrial Engineering; Business; Management; Marketing; Communication; Any
