Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Manage incoming feedback over the phone, email, chat, application play store, social media, and other channels.
Identify and assess customer needs to achieve satisfaction by determining the root cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve their problem, clarifying the issue, and following up with them to check the resolution of the problem.
Process of incoming feedback to ticket into the system, follow-up with customers, update existing issuer and coordinate with internal teams as needed.
Maintain any records of customer interaction and file documents of the problems and the solutions related to the customer service function.
Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.

Persyaratan

Proven experience with good performance specializing in customer care or equivalent.
Customer orientation and deliver quality service level in a professional, efficient, timely manner and good problem-solving ability.
Comfortable working in a dynamic fast-paced environment and a shifting work schedule.
