Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Manage daily order entry. Ensure a professional, courteous and responsive reply to all customer enquiries/claims
Ensure customer orders are properly received and delivered on time
Ensure effective communication maintained between marketing and sales (forecasting), planning and purchasing
Effective communication with Logistics & Warehouse to ensure both logistics and customer service requirements
Monitoring of price an conditions for all sales and products
Maintenance of customer master files and reporting system
Ensure proper customer complaint lodgment and follow up completed by all needed areas and departments

Persyaratan

Minimum D3 – from a reputable university
Having a good experience minimum 2-3 years
Preferable have experience in chemicals Trader Company
Computer literate (Microsoft Office)
Good command of English
Strong proactive open-minded attitude and customer oriented
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, creative and smart
Good integrity, innovative, self-driven, can do attitude and a team player
A type of “get the things done person”
Strong endurance and willing to work extra time to make sure the job done and completed
Domicile in Tangerang
Willing to be palace in Tangerang Selatan
