HR Specialist

Deskripsi Pekerjaan

1. Creating, implementing, and evaluating all human resource department policies, procedures, job descriptions and structures.

2. Managing health and life insurance programs.

3. Designing and implementing effective training and development plans.

4. Performing quarterly and annual employee performance reviews.

5. Ensuring all employee records are maintained and updated with new hire information or changes in employment status.

6. Identifying the company’s hiring needs and managing the recruitment process to ensure it runs smoothly.

7. Monitor and update employee data in HRIS and maximize the use of the Company's HRIS.

8. Monitor and register BPJS Tenaga Kerja (SIPP Online) and BPJS Kesehatan (Edabu) for new employees and remove employees from the BPJS Manpower and BPJS Health participation programs if an employee stops working or resigns

9. Tracking department budgets.

10. Responding to employees’ queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
