Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Responsible for handling the end to end Recruitment Process (responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring employees).
Recruiters develop and implement recruiting plans and strategies designed to fulfill company staffing needs, and looking for the right human resources to meet the company's operational activities.
Fulfilling hiring targets as the Company manpower plan.
Sourcing, screening, interviewing, hiring employees, finalizing and orienting new employees.
Conducting employer branding activities internally and externally (collaboration with campuses, job fairs, campus hiring, etc.).
Performing administrative tasks related to recruitment (work agreements and etc).

Persyaratan

Bachelor Degree (S1) - Psychology, from Reputable University, with GPA Minimum 3.00
Minimum 1 years working experience as a Recruiter (preferably from FMCG Company or the Head Hunter Company)
Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Familiar with Psychotest Tools
Familiar with Excel and Power Point is a MUST
Fluent in English (oral and written)
Willing to work outside the office, and travel outside the city or the island
Good personality and attitude, Good Time Management, Good analytic, Problem Solver, Strong experience working in a dynamic environment is a powerful advantage
Meticulous attention to detail,
Willing to Work under-pressure and tight deadlines, Work with the target, Able to Work individually and in teams
Office Hours: Monday to Friday: 08:00 - 17.00
