Carry out the recruitment process & interview candidates
Handle employee services such as health and safety (BPJS)
Administer HR-related documentation, such as contracts of employment
Persyaratan
Minimum S1 (preferably majoring in psychology/management/law)
S1 graduate from well –know university with minimum GPA 3.00
Good in English
Good knowledge for filling system
Good Computer Skill (Microsoft Office)
Good interpersonal skill, high motivation, and responsibility
Eager to learn
Good communication
Experience as HR minimum 4 years
Know the licensing system
Having experienced on ISO and K3L
