Senior Comben (Compensation & Benefits) Officer

Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Prepares and/or participates in government filings, plan audits, and other tax-reporting requirements as necessary.
Creates ad hoc reports and prepares data for compensation and benefits analysis for all levels of the organization.
Assists with the annual budgeting process.
Prepares monthly, quarterly and annual headcount for management.
Audits compensation, retirement plans, Tax and benefits data.

Persyaratan

A Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Accounting or Business Administration.
Professional certification on Benefits and/or Compensation is preferable.
A minimum of 3 progressive years of related experience.
Previous experience with HRIS.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Proven time management skills.
Excellent verbal and written communications skills with proven ability to maintain confidentiality.
Proven problem solving skills.
Proficient with Microsoft Office.
