Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Responsible for ERP and WMS accounting, sorting out and filling documents;
Checking of warehouse management;
Inventory of material and reporting the data;
Monitoring system data to ensure compliance of the accounting operations
Organizing systematic training regularly;
Handling and analyzing the abnormal system problems in daily work;
Regular data analysis and summary of warehouse inventory for accuracy;
Complete other tasks assign by superior leader.

Persyaratan

Bachelor Degree;
Good communication in English, Mandarin is a plus;
Familiar with ERP, WMS, MES and other system logic operation;
Familiar with Microsoft Office (especially Microsoft Excel) and sensitive to data;
Able to work overtime;
Good team work and communication skills;
At least 2 years overall warehouse accounting management experience, and related fields;
