Follow up user request dan create PO as user request, regarding to company policy
Do price bidding, quality, specification and delivery time to get the best deal from supplier
Follow up all Purchase order and make sure the delivery meet as user requested.
Process and monitoring Invoice and Tax to Finance refer to company policy
Create monthly purchasing report to Manager
Do quarterly vendor evaluation
Build a good relationship to Supplier.
Sourcing for a new supplier

Max 28 years old
Min. D3 Degree
Min. 2 year(s) of working experience in purchasing
Have experienced in contractor company & import will be advantage
Able to operate computer Ms. Word & Ms. Excel.
High integrity and responsibility, Hard Worker, Honest and can work under pressure and in tight deadline
Good in negotiation.
