Lowongan Kerja WAREHOUSE & LOGISTIC SUPERVISOR PT Galih Sekar Sakti
Lead a team of finish good warehouse consists of associates and worker in planning and execution of Shipping, Receiving, Inventories control, Area management of cleanliness and orderliness.
Maintaining inbound and outbound process in the warehouse
Provide daily direction of team to maintain flow for FG warehouse operations – receiving from packing, putting in racking, put-away and shipping with full compliance to Safety Quality.
Manage inventory/ stock controls and reconcile with data management system for finished goods inventory accuracy
Managing all resource for warehouse & transportation activity including people, vehicle, and equipment
Making report and analysis of warehouse performance
Develop, implement, and maintain policies, procedures, and material control systems to reduce cost and streamline procedures, and implement solutions.
Prepare reports and KPI data to monitor team performance and to ensure internal / external customer’s needs are being achieved.
Crosstrain and assign personnel as needed to optimize efficiency and prioritization of daily work.
Creates and reinforces a culture of teamwork and actively resolves conflicts within the team.
Identify, support, and implement improvement activities in the areas of safety, quality, efficiency, cross training, etc.
