Received document from overseas agent, check to shipping line and send notice of arrival to consignee
Prepared letter for released of DO, if we just released document
Prepared import documents (B.B/L, COO, invoice & packing list to make draft PIB or BC. 23 if needed)
Prepared advance for freight (collect) and take DO from shipping line or agent.

Persyaratan

Diploma / Bachelor degree of Transportation.
Customs/PPJK Certificate is advantage.
Have good knowledge export / import procedure.
Customer oriented.
Excellent in English both spoken and written.
Computer Literate (excel/access/power point/word).
Minimum 3 years experience in similar position.
Having good personality, communication skill, hard working and should be able to working under pressure.
