Receive & check export shipment instruction (ESI)
Booking vessel & obtain DO from shipping line
Job order arrangement to forwarder
Input logistics management system portal
Update vessel tracking & input into database
Receive forwarder billing, check & put allocation number for input
Filling PEB & COO
Submit PEB to sales by record the handover in receipt book
