STAFF IMPORT-EXPORT

Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Coordinating with domestic and overseas carrier, shipping agents and freight forwarders on transportation of goods.
Following-up and monitoring shipments to meet cargo delivery timeline. This includes shipments tracking and updating shipping status.
Coordinating with Warehouse Department for shipment receiving and outgoing.
Preparing all export & import documents and to ensuring they comply with customs rules and destination country requirement.
Liasing with government institution in regard to export import formalities and material transport, such as Customs, Mininstry of Trade, Ministry of Industry, and other departments
Closely working with Marketing, Manufacturing, and other internal Departments to support company production and sales.
Generating report and distributing to related parties.
Other duties within Forwarding/Import-Export activities as assigned by the Managemen

Persyaratan

Minimum Diploma in all fields.
2 years of experience in a similar position.
Understanding in freight transport and international trade.
Familiar with customs procedures for export and import of goods.
Good skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint).
Fluent in both spoken and written English.
