Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Provide initial problem, determination to the standard application, and assist end-users to determine whether a problem is on hardware, software, database, or network connection(include microtic router and server)
Liaise with users, resolve technical problem or full request from end-user
Forward unresolved problem or request to the proper channel of support by contacting the designated party or parties

Persyaratan

Maximum 35 years old
Education Minimum D3 of Information Technology Majors
Communicative , time management and problem solving in the field
Troubleshooting skills: Windows OS, Ms. Office 365, Hardware and software
Basic skill in Office 365 ( Word, Excel, PowerPoint )
Basic Networking Skill, Mikrotik Server Skill
Having experience in using any IT help desk ticketing system application
Having basic knowledge in Wordpress, any programming language, Database, and Microsoft Power Platform ( Power Apps, Power Automate) will be advantageous
