IT Product Manager

Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Create business vision and translate into product vision, strategy and roadmap
Identify and fill product gaps of customer point of view and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience, and drive growth
Develop new products and design the product’s PRD
Arrange product’s sprint and collaborate with related stakeholders
Monitor and analyze the product’s operations and improving it
Anticipate the potential issues and resolve product’s issues (backlog)
Coordinate with related departments to increase product’s achievements
Setting and managing capital and operational expenditure

Persyaratan

Minimum 5-7 years experience as Senior Product Manager and minimum 3 years managing a team
Having a deep understanding of business vision and customer point of view and ability to communicate those technical information effectively
Strategic & creative thinker with the ability to craft go-to-market strategies and campaigns in collaboration with marketing
Successfully implemented data-driven processes to turn a vision into an actionable roadmap
Excellent form of communication and great people skills
