Create prioritization based on impact and effort

Monitoring the performance of your KPI in order to reach it
Create backlogs and tasks needed
Being the one filling all the gaps inside your squad.
Persyaratan
Have min. 3 years of experience as Product Manager
Data-driven, both qualitative and quantitative
Strong knowledge of business, users, and technology
Optimistic and skeptical at the same time
Good communication skills, both written and oral
Attention to detail
Ability to build awareness with stakeholders, in terms of planning a product or feature (ability to say NO convincingly is a huge plus).
