Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent.
At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Supervisor / Coordinators specializing in IT/Computer – Software or equivalent.
Required skill(s): Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Power Point, Microsoft Outlook, SAP.
Experience in My SQL Server, IT IL, Application Support, SAP Support.
Good analytical thinking, fast problem solving.
Experience using IT application support tools: problem log, support ticket, knowledge basic, provide the end result report.
