Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Serve as a mentor to other Data Scientists on the team and Analysts across the company by leading learning academies and serving as an available resource for all things related to analytics.
Developing method and solution into an intelligence model to automate the operations in the company.
Lead a team of data scientists and junior data scientists and provide them with best practices, mentorship, guidance, and coaching
Build a reliable intelligence system with efficient implementation and low complexity.
Improve existing current deep learning framework and model.
Research and development on how to improve our process automation.
Discover new ideas to extend KoinWorks’ intelligence system in the area of risk & regulation, fraud detection, creditworthiness evaluation, etc.
Lead the AI/ML team at KoinWorks to the next level.
Persyaratan
Bachelor degree or master in a quantitative major (Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering)
Minimum 3 years working experience in AI or ML field (Image Processing, Computer Vision or Signal Processing).
Proficient in several modeling techniques including but not limited to: Clustering, SVM, Linear/Non-Linear Modeling, Random Forests, ANN, etc.
Proficient one or more of the following programming language (Python, Matlab, R or Julia) and Deep Learning and Machine Learning libraries (Tensorflow, PyTorch, Numpy, or scikit-learn)
Has a desire to do a research methodology (best practice), conduct rapid prototyping, define conclusion, creating research documentation.
Able to build, validate, test and deploy AI/ ML model.
Detail-oriented and excellent time management, perform well in a fast-paced environment.
