Lowongan Kerja SUPERVISOR GENERAL MAINTENANCE PT Galih Sekar Sakti
Controlling the maintenance activities of production machines and utility self-maintenance to support the production process.
Create sistematic systems to control, evaluate and report Maintenance Activities.
Create data and analyze data for problems with production machines and utilities so that they can immediately take corrective action on these problems to maintain both availability and safety.
Maintain an accurate data base and contact list of all sub-contractors to provide a 24Hour reliable service support to the operation. Ensure circulation of such data to relevant supervisory staff to ensure timely callouts minimizing downtime
Supervise the maintenance staff with collaboration with Production Supervisor where staff are on shift
Responsible for the coordination of the preventative maintenance per defined interval/schedule in a timely manner and the documentation of all maintenance concerns/resolutions in an electronic database; providing action plans and status reports as needed by management
Routinely inspect all mechanical and electrical systems associated with the operation of the plant
Train, introduce and socialize with Maintenance department new systems, WI, SOP, etc.
Monitor and supervise maintenance actions and maintenance approaches for Repairing and Maintaining activities.
Develop planning schedule, sketches/drawings and timeline for the jobs
