Design and plan maintenance of machines and utilities to optimize production’s output and quality.
Maintain and control energy cost.
Design, plan and allocate budget to improve technology and automatization of production process.
Discuss with EHS Department to maintain and improve healthy and safety procedures.
Prepare yearly Manpower planning and development of each personnel.

Persyaratan

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Industrial), Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent.
At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Manager/Assistant Manager specialized in Pipe and Fitting manufacture
Required skills : Manufacturing operations, preventive and corrective maintenance, team building and people management skills.
