Creating content strategy for Qoala.app and Qoala for Enterprise (LinkedIn)
Build a content plan and manage the content calendar to ensure timely deliveries of the content
Developing content brief and work closely with the design team
Communicate closely with internal/external stakeholders to gain full understanding of project requirements
Routinely monitor content performance, perform analysis based on the past performance, and develop an improvement plan for all managed contents

Persyaratan

2-3 years of experience in content creation and content strategy, preferably in e-commerce/start-up industry
Excellent writing skills
Knowledge of content performance management
Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships with internal/external stakeholders
Good organizational and time-management skills
Fluency in English
Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision
Knowledge of insurance industry is a plus
