Organize and write supporting documents for products
Use photographs, drawings, diagrams, animation, and charts that increase users’ understanding
Select appropriate medium for message or audience
Standardize content across platforms and media
Gather usability feedback from customers, designers, and developers
Revise documents as new issues arise
Editing and proofreading documents in terms of grammar, flow, and content
Provide attention grabbing verbal contents and fitting words for client’s website and marketing materials
