Assist Marketing Manager in developing Marketing roadmap for SehatQ
Coordinate and execute marketing activities as per the agreed roadmap & strategy
Create a systematic, process-driven approach to strategic brand-partners outreach and relationship management
Develop and maintain a community following for SehatQ, including through community event roadshows, therefore strengthening SehatQ's brand loyalty in their target market
Develop relationships with media channels (especially digital) for the purposes of PR and branding, which will include media gatherings and media events

Persyaratan

Min bachelor’s degree with a preference in Marketing or Digital Marketing
Four (4) or more years of experience in a combination of the following areas: Marketing/Digital Marketing, PR, Communications, etc.
A proven marketing veteran, with hands-on experience in creating innovative activation events and executing them, managing SPGs and ATL/BTL campaigns that have product-market fit
Experience in developing a full-fledged marketing strategy for a brand/company
Structured and analytical – able to develop a logical framework and apply to a wide range of activities, from customer development, to product adoption, to sales processes
Ability to work well with colleagues from different functions, especially with content, engineering and product teams
Experience in engaging with & managing agencies to execute off-line activities
Fluency in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Indonesia
