Lowongan Kerja SALES ADMINISTRATION PT. Albeta Sukses Mandiri
Supporting the sales force in preparing and sending quotation with approval from management, correspondence, tender documents, filing, and other general administration
Monitoring project from PO received, coordination, producing progress report, project documentation, etc until project finish.
Producing and sending invoice and following up the invoice payment to customer.
Taking phone calls from customers & vendors and following gup their requests.
Dealing with and responding to high volumes of emails
Looking for new vendor if needed, make a good relation with vendors, asking for quotation, do the negotiation to get the best price.
Purchasing, sending PO to vendors, monitoring the PO status until delivered to warehouse.
Making coordination with warehouse division for goods that will arrive and should deliver to site.
Other job ordered by management.
