Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Research and alignment of specifications for new features, as well as enhancement of existing ones
Execute on the business strategy, product strategy and value propositions of the products and services
Benchmarking of own product portfolio against competitive products and industry standards
Conceptual design, research and specification of entirely new features and functions
Define product and service requirements aligned to the road map
Explain the essentials of product features and requirements to ensure that engineering understands the value of our offerings
Liaise with a team of product managers, designers, developers, and QA engineers for full-cycle ownership of products from design to release
Keep up-to-date with the fintech industry trends to allow for state of the art product and feature design
Identify and evaluate new product features
Manage multivariate A/B testing and focus groups to generate results for product planning
Conduct feasibility studies and development estimates
Develop analytical tools and KPIs covering and monitoring product and feature performance
Persyaratan
A post-graduate who ideally studied IT, Management, or any related major
Able to lead projects
Familiar with the SCRUM methodology
Good understanding of the technology and financial industry.
Know the basics of Sprint design and UX guidelines
Outstanding oral and written communications and presentation skills in English.
Able to clearly communicate business needs to the tech team and vice-versa
Data-driven, highly analytical, and understand to balance between business requirements and technical needs
Plus Point
Hands-on experience in the financial industry to understand the user perspective
Have a good understanding of the start-up dynamic
Knowledge of latest industry trends both in the escrow environments, up-to-date on technical advances in web and mobile technologies
Sense of urgency, pragmatism and a solution-oriented approach to problem solving
Passionate about the technologies used for web and mobile products
Strong technical acumen.
Appreciate process but can also manage ambiguity
Have equal capacity to learn and to teach
Obsessed about making things better and are adaptive to change
Can inspire a team even when he/she have no direct authority over them
