· Responsible for Hotel Operation day to day

· Able to create and implement plans to increase revenue

· Create and Development of products and services

· Responsible for efficient operation and cost control of all hotel facilities

· Ensures the highest standards for Room, F&B, Front & Back Office and other Services

Persyaratan

· Minimum Diploma Degree

· Preferable has 5 years experiences in same position

· Must have experiences in Hospitality Industry (working on 4-5 stars hotel will be advantaged)

· Good leadership, self starter, and good skill training

· Good presentation and communication skill

· Well organized, strong analytical thinking, proactive, and able to handle detail

· Positive mindset, resilient, flexible, and high motivated
