Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree/ Post Graduate Degree in Engineering (Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, Architecture) or equivalent.
Required Language (s) : English
At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position (Prefer experienced in property developer or contractor - HIGH RISE PROJECT)
Required skill(s) : Estimate, Shop Drawing, Autocad
Able to read & coordinate structure/ architect/ MEP Image
Coordinate the creation of a master schedule and breakdown of monthly and weekly activities
Coordinate the determination of material schedules and material approval from the owner
Calculate Volume
Make a unite price analysis
Coordinate the making of progress reports on project implementation periodically
Contract Administrative
Understand about standart procedures for structure/ architect/ MEP work
Target oriented, Good communication & interpersonal skill
Willing to be placed in Trans Property projects throughout Indonesia
