PRODUCT MANAGER

Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Leading the research and analysis of competitive landscape, customers, product metrics, and latest internet trends to identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth and conversion product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes
Create initiatives to improve current products and its efficiency
Translate business requirement into technical
Responsible for go to market strategies and implementation
Find the causes of user’s problem and develop as well as implement it to become product improvement
Troubleshoot any problem and find the best solution to the related product
Work closely with other departments and develop new features needed

Persyaratan

At least Bachelor's degree from top local or overseas universities with min. GPA 3.5 on a 4.0 scale. Background in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business field is an advantage. MBA degree is a plus
Minimum 3 years of working experience as a Product Manager
Strong in analysis, data-driven, problem solving, and intuition in dealing with user behaviors
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills and strong intuitions of user behaviors
Eager to seek new idea and improvement
Passion in making the world better through technology
Communicative, Creative, have a sense of humor, and able to work in team
