Supervise & leading operation of beauty salon / stores / branches (leading daily briefing, running checklist, supervising operation)
Implement standard operating procedures
Running staff development and training
Making decision on site for daily operational issues
Handle customer complains
Can do Daily Closing Report for Finance & Accounting Dept.
Understand about commission rules or payment system for employee
Able to teamwork play with others Dept (HRD, FA, etc)

Persyaratan

Young spirited and keen for improvements attitude
Customer focused and well experienced
SMU, Diploma or Bachelor degree from any disciplines
ENGLISH proficiency is a must (oral and written)
Experienced as Store manager or Supervisor at Beauty clinic/Salon/Hospitality field
Have big passion at beauty field especially eyelash, nails and beauty grooming
Strong leadership & communication which can be demonstrated
Strong analytical skill and well organized
