leading a team in Jkt office and manage the external counsels when necessary
Review, negotiable and/ or draft document and agreements as necessary, in a wide range of legal areas in relation to the company's regional bussines operations
Provide clear, practical and business driven advice on wide range of legal and regulatory issues and question raised by internal stakeholder on a timely basis, to ensure the achievement of commercial objectives while minimazing the legal and compliance issues for different aspects of company business
Adviseon diverse and cross-border legal matters, assessing and advising on potential legal and regulatory implication and exposure in proposed project and initiatives
Partner with different business units to understand the business needs, liaise with outside counsel to provide practical legal solutions and answer legal questions, when necessary
Provide assistance to the business in relation to existing and new business initiatives; work closely with other teams and contribute legal input to ensure smooth implementation of business initiatives and polices
Assist the business team in rolling out online materials and be responsible for ensuring that these are applicable and approriate for the region, and answer complience-related queries from team members
Handle a broad range of general corporate legal matthers, legal documents filing and administration, when required

Persyaratan

Bachelor's in law a reputable university
Indonesian qualified lawyer with at least 6 years of solid experience with reputable law firm followed by in-house experience
Solid knowledge of all relevant local laws and regulations and proven experiance liaising with the relevant local regulatory bodies required.
Excellent negotiation, drafting and analytical skills, able to prioritize effectively and work under pressure without compromising on quality.
Proficiency in English and command of Chinese preferred but not compulsory
Good mentor with willingness to train and help juniors to grow
Collaborative, pragmatic, good communication and interpersonal skills, and self-driven with minimum supervision
Quick starter, spirit of team work, ability to adapt, dedicated, self-motivated and able to work independenly.
