UI/UX Designer

Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Create user interface design.
Support the conversion optimization process and provide insight via research on potential new features and tools that can enhance UX or UX insight.
Formulate good design ideas and propose solutions to increased product usefulness and usability.
Collaborate closely with developers, and product managers to create an intuitive user experience.
Conduct user research to improve on designs.
Generate ideas for workable solutions (user flow and UI design) with consideration of user needs, product goals, business requirements, and tech limitation.
Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look like.
Research new trends of UI to improve existing applications or websites.
Improve existing design to reach modular building blocks, reusable components.

Persyaratan

Bachelor Degree from any field.
Min. 2 years of experience in UI/UX field.
Experience on building design systems that work across platforms.
Love to empathize and have curiosity in researching and digging deep to solve user's problems.
Able to communicate ideas and collaborate.
Strong understanding of design and usability principle (Visual hierarchy, information hierarchy, colour, spacing, size, typography).
Expert skills in Figma.
Understand information architect, structural design, and cross-platform design.
Deep understanding of how web works.Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for rapid prototyping (is a plus).
