Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Conduct and execute multimedia tasks that range from:
B2C digital marketing collaterals
B2B digital marketing collaterals
Branded social content
Brand-based initiatives
Exploration of motion graphic media formats and provide best practice examples
Steer motion graphic projects through initial stages from creative pitching all the way through completion including the result inferencing
Collaborate with all respective internal teams to provide motion graphic design and implementation
Analyze effective motion graphic design implementation, recommend changes and modifications to the brief based on existing best practices
Execute creative look of motion design materials
Collaborate with artists across products & brands to upkeep and evaluate creative assets
Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned

Persyaratan

Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro (and the likes)

Proficient in graphic design practices

Proficient in story and sequence design, dynamic composition (including but not limited to color space, bit depth, mattes, chroma keying), and basic sound design

Proficient in post-production workflow and the latest post-production techniques

Solid understanding of video formats and compression techniques

Able to understand, adapt, and execute multiple tones and POVs

Must have strong verbal and written communication skills.
