Candidate must possess at least SMK, Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree/ Post Graduate Degree in Engineering (Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, Architecture) or equivalent.
Required Language (s) : English
At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position (Prefer experienced in property developer or contractor - HIGH RISE PROJECT)
Required skill(s) : Building Information Modelling, Management Construction, Autocad, Sketch Up, 3D Drawing
Able to make a sketch drawing
Able to read & coordinate structure/ architect/ MEP Image
Prepare as built drawing documents
Understand about standart procedures for structure/ architect/ MEP work
Understand about MEP design and material spesification
Understand about design structure and material spesification
Understand about architectural design techniques and methodologies
Target oriented, Good communication & interpersonal skill
Willing to be placed in Trans Property projects throughout Indonesia
