Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Handle all incoming calls
Handle customers' complaints via phone, email, mail or social media
Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer account through open and interactive communication
Assist administrative operational needs
Preparing daily report of customers complaints and follow up
Responsible for daily of secretarial job
Meeting rooms arrangement
Experience at Service Office area will be an advantage

Persyaratan

Minimum education is D3 in any major, preferably from secretary, Business Administration, Marketing or any relevant education
Excellent in English skills in verbal and written is a must
Able to operate Microsoft Office
Good writing skills
Creative and pro-active
Responsible and independent
Fresh graduate is welcome to apply
Willing to be placed at Meruya, West Jakarta
Preferable living in West Jakarta
