Communicate with customers via phone, email and chat

Persyaratan
Posses min. diploma in communication/ economic or equivalent
At least 1 - 3 years' of relevant work experience
Must be able to maintain a professional appearance in the work environment
Must be customer service oriented and able to communicate effectively in professional manner
Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
