CUSTOMER SERVICE MANAGER

Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Leading or supervising a team of Call Centre staff
Create and Improve Customer Service Operational System, Policies and standards for customer service department
Supervise, mentor and train customer service staff to deliver a high standard of customer service
Conduct staff recruitment and appraisals
Coordinate, Communicate with all other related department for service improvements.
Handle and resolve customer complaints. Make decisions on refunds or any other compensations to customer.
Write reports, analyse statistic or other data as a measurement to determine level of customer service.
Long term planning, to achieve company's vision in customer service excellence.

Persyaratan

minimum education S1 in any major
Experience in Call Center Related field for a minimum of 2 years
Experience in Managerial Role for minimum of 1 year
Experience with CRM
Able to do shift work if required
Strong verbal and written communication in English
Commitment to Success, willing to work overtime or after hours to meet job responsibility
