Preparing all Account Receivable Invoice
Manages accounting functions including maintenance of general ledger of accounts receivable, accrual, and expense both for day to day activities and month-end closing activities
Analyze expenditure based on each nature and communicate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve discrepancies and ensure proper recording of transactions
Review and approve invoices to purchase orders, and receive reports for goods and services (three-way matching).
Ensuring that all payments are made in accordance with company policy.
