Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Financial planning, investing, utilizing, and financing (raising money) to optimize the operation and maximize the value of the company.
Preparing, managing and coordinating daily and monthly financial reporting, budgeting and reforecast processes.
Assist and supervise management on all the financial aspects of the company
Analysing financial targets.
Coordinating with other department heads to ensure the projects run smoothly.
Providing back office services such as accounts payable, collection and payroll.
Monitoring cash flow

Persyaratan

Familiar with SAP,IFRS, Project Financing, Indonesian Tax Regulation, Having Knowledge in Project Financing or Corporate Finance is advantage, Familiar with Indonesian GAAP & IFRS, Adept in Indonesian Taxation, Knowledge in Hedging Instruments
Minimum 5 years experiences in Project Finance
Strong interpersonal skills with internal staff, team work ability
A bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or business administration from a reputable university
Strong accounting and analytical skills
Strong knowledge on tax planning and reporting
Self-motivation, initiative and the ability to work as part of a team.
Good knowledge of construction business and project/business financing is an advantage
leadership skill and ability to motivate the department team to ensure a high standard of work
Able to work flexible hours to meet deadline
