Lowongan Kerja Senior Talent Acquisition PT Nusa Satu Inti Artha
Actively manage the company’s Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), various career portals, and online channels.
Coordinate with Hiring Manager to identify staffing needs in different areas and departments.
Create and determine job descriptions, selection criteria, and interview questions for candidates that reflect the requirements for each position.
Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews to see the coherency of the candidate's competencies, background, and experience with the position requirement.
Responsible for ensuring that the level of competencies required for each role is explored within the interview through competency-based questions.
Form close relationships with hiring managers to ensure clear candidate/interviewer and expectations.
Keep records of all materials used for recruitment, including interview notes and related paperwork, to share with key stakeholders.
Maintain an active organized data of applicants for various positions; manage records and paperwork to ensure candidate data sufficient to be recorded as new employees.
Responsible for new hires’ onboarding program.
Meet with the new joiners to support them throughout the onboarding process.
