Support in execute end-to-end recruitment process, starting inputting the manpower request forms up to on-boarding session including but not limited to writing job postings, managing applications, pre-screening, scheduling, interviewing, and communicating with candidates and ensuring timely follow-up and conclusion of the recruitment process.
Handling and maintaining a large number of data including applicant tracking history and talent pool data-base.
Support hiring managers and HR with the recruitment and selection of leaders, specialists and co-workers to IKEA.
Maintain good relationship to all people in all levels of management across the organizations.
Enhancing IKEA’s employer branding strategies and initiatives.
