STORE HR ADMIN

Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Maintain HR database including personnel records and managing HR Store documents.
Being responsible to prepare store payroll & benefit process for permanent and contract employee.
Being responsible do HR Database of talent resourcing.
Maintaining co-workers daily attendance, shift schedule and working hours database system including annual leave and sick leave recap.
Ensuring complete accuracy and confidentiality of the documents.
Doing HR administrative task including issuing reference letter.
Being responsible in database analysis on supporting equipment from HR such as uniform and safety shoes for co-workers include maintain the stock limit.
Assist HR Store Lead/ Specialist and support any other different functions when needed.

Persyaratan

Interested in people’s everyday life at home and furnishing products.
Understand article number 13 year 2003 related manpower policy in Indonesia.
Have excellent documentation skills obtained by holding administrative roles.
Data and computer literate, and able to manage filling/database system.
Having intermediate knowledge in operating Ms. Office, and familiar with any other software pertinent with current industry.
Consistent, open minded, and has passion to learn new things.
Proven customer-focused mind set.
Well organized and methodical in your approach to problem solving.
Willing to work at Alam Sutera, Tangerang.
Willing to work on shifting schedule, including Saturdays, Sundays, and Public Holidays.
